Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall apply exclusively to all agreements of Jaeco Rebuilding Systems Private Limited (referred to in the following as “Jaeco®" or “we”) on the sale of goods and services. Unless we have given our explicit consent, other terms and conditions, particularly the terms and conditions of the customer which are contrary to our Terms and Conditions or deviate from them shall not apply irrespective of whether they have been explicitly accepted by us or not. Jaeco® reserves the right to update and modify the Terms and Conditions if requested by regulatory updates, changes in the services provided or changes in the company’s policy.

Contract

Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the full payment is received.

You authorise us to declare and provide declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by you on the website.

Price & Availability

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, you will be informed by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. All prices are inclusive of VAT/CST, service tax, Goods and Services Tax ("GST"), duties and cesses as applicable - unless stated otherwise. 

Prices

All prices are listed in Rupees. "Price", as displayed, is inclusive of all taxes at the appropriate rate. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease or increase between the time you place it in your basket and the time you purchase it.

Taxes

You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses etc.

Age

Use of Jaeco.co.in is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may purchase only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Ownership

We authorise you to view and download the materials of this site only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyrighted and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials or any copies of the materials.  You may not modify the materials on this site in any way or reproduce, or publicly display, perform, or distribute, or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purposes.  Any use of these materials on any other site or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.  The materials on this site are protected by intellectual property laws and any unauthorised use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Beyond Reasonable Control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
