Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Jaeco® exclusively ships via DTDC, EcomExpress , FedEx , Tirupati , Maruti , Bluedart on all orders considered non-truck freight.  We ship primarily to the Indian states and Union Territories.

Place of Origin

Deliveries shall be made ex Jaeco® warehouse in Chandigarh.

Shipping Cost

All orders above Rs.10000 , shipping will be free . Rest shipping will be charged as per region and services purchased

Insurance

All products shipped by us are insured for transit damage and loss for customer's peace of mind.

Dispatch Period

Most products ordered will ship within 1-3 business days. Some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct shipment items.

Delay Conditions

Non-stock, special orders items may take 1-2 weeks to be shipped.

Beyond Our Control

Jaeco® is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, unforeseen incidents, transportation providers’ delays, or other Acts of God.

Cash On Delivery

Cash on delivery shipment can be requested , but it is on our sole discretion whether to except or not. If we receive back a shipment that has been refused by you then no further COD facility will be provided.

Warehouse Pickup

A customer can also opt for warehouse collection where no shipment charges will be implied.

Returns

Jaeco® would like for you to shop with confidence.  Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item unused within 7 days from the date received for an exchange, store credit, or credit (subject to a 15% restocking fee), depending on the products condition. Anything after 7 days will be handled on a case by case basis.

Freight Charges are typically not refundable.

Jaeco® requires a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) for any item returned to us. To start the returned goods process, email us your information to sales@jaeco.co.in.

Defective Items
In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, Jaeco® will work diligently to resolve the issue.  Follow our Return Procedure to easily handle all returns.

Damaged Items
Jaeco® uses DTDC, FedEx and EcomExpress and many more and they all perform well, however, in the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please contact us to get the replacement process started.

Exchanges
Items in new condition (including original packaging, paperwork, hardware and instructions) may be returned for exchange.  No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges.

Warranty
Nozzals® extends limited warranty for all products. Please see our warranty policy.

Cancellations

A vast majority of our in-stock products begin being processed the instant you click on the "Place Order" button and most products ship either the same day or the following business day.

During processing it may be possible to cancel your order, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment refunds will be done on a cancelled order but after deducting payment processing charges which can be variable as per source.
